hello...i was banded on july 22.. all my glue came off all cuts and now im having pain on my left side....my doctor is out of town til next week and i dont want go to another doctor but i am wondering if this is normal....I do keep my wounds bandaged but 2 of the 5 are not healing well .... can this wait til next week or should I make a call to another doctor? I'm just looking for advice and any would be great ...thanx so much vicki

Where is your port area ? Do any of you incisions have any red around them, if so draw a circle around it and see if the red area gets bigger. Are they warm to touch ? If the answer is yes to either of the red or warm you may have an infection and will need a antibotic. I would call the doctors answering service they should have a doctor taht would be able to call in something.
