I'm still so tired need to get unfilled and get a few more calories in..

i had to do this twice, back in May - same reason, couldn't get enough calories in to sustain a workout. i had .5cc taken out, and then 2 wks later had a full (1cc) taken out.

now i think i'm eating Too much, and plan to have .5ccs put back in tomorrow..

good luck to ya!!

PS - Ceradad, are you a "Cowboy fan??" up in MN???? we're season ticket holders & if your in TX.....let me know!!

Oh, I am a HUGE (not so much now in size:lol:) Cowboys fan. I made my first pilgramage down to Texas Stadium last October and got the Star tattoo'ed on my right forearm with "There is only one Star" below. I've loved the 'Boys since I was about 6.

Would love to make the trip this year, but not sure I can make it. And next year would be great, but I hear tickets for the new stadium are going to be hard to come by.

As for my workouts, chose to skip this weekend. Needed some time off to re energize the batteries. Back at it this morning for 55 minutes on the elliptical. Tonight is upper body.

This coming Saturday is my first triathlon. Can't wait!

Oh, and I have to agree with daddy on luluc. Definate hottie!:lol:

Holy crap has it been HUMID around here lately. Gym is even humid with the AC on. Very tough upper body workout last night. Managed to make it through, but very tough.

This morning was just as humid in the gym for cardio. 55 minutes on elliptical. I'm going to trudge through it for legs tonight again.

the "buy in" for tickets is JUST outrageous, i think we're going to go in with 2 other couples and share. we do that with dallas stars tix and it works out great....

btw - ALL the BEST on the TRI, can't wait to hear about it!!

today -

2mile bike warm up

50min trainer session - all resistance/core; no weights

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
