PCOS doctor in Houston

Can anyone recommend an endocrinologist in Houston, TX? I moved here a couple of years ago and really need to get a new doctor. I have been seeing my PCP but I really don't think she knows what she is doing when it come to PCOS. Any suggestions on how to find a good doctor in a new area?

Thanks!

I use Dr. Patricia Choy. She practices at Women, MD in Webster Texas right next to Clear Lake Regional Medical Center. She is about an hour away from where i am living now since i've moved but she is worth the drive. I have been seeing her since 2002 and would highly recommend her to anyone. She is fantastic!:)

Not sure how close you are, but I see Dr. Hope Shipman with Village Family Practice. She and her staff are amazing, and I've made some progress with my treatment. She is located off of the Katy Freeway and Campbell Rd. Hope that helps!

I use Steven Petak, M.D. at 7400 Fannin #850 (713)791-1874. He is very smart and no nonsense. Does a hormone assay and seems to be up on the latest. He looked for a Vitamin D deficiency and found that I was deficient years ago. Thankfully he put me on a big monthly dosage. Vit D deficiency is dangerous.
