I'm new here and I'm excited to get "banded" hopefully by august this year. I do have some questions, however, and any light any of you can shed is greatly appreciated.

1.) Has anyone had any experience in getting the lap band in asia? How was the experience? How are you now?

2.) Which country (in Asia) do you think performs the best lapband surgery?

3.) How much money should I prepare for the surgery? (including hospital stay, hotel stay, other expenses, etc.)

4.) What are the other requirements pre-surgery and post-surgery?
