I got my ticker without problems but now I can't get the slider to move. I can't find any instructions on their website--do I have to cut and paste the info each time I make a weight change? Thanks!

If you click on your ticker, it takes you to TickerFactory.com. There you put in your PIN and click on edit ticker. If that does not work, you could try Help at the bottom or create a new ticker.
