1 year bandaversary- you wouldn't believe it!

I'm at one year this week. Size 22, over 200 pounds.

Today I'm 137 lbs size 6.

I got the band, followed the manual's guidelines for adjustments.

2 fills is all it took.

I'm still worried weight will creep back up on me so I don't feel a success. Maybe at the 2 year mark I'll feel more secure about my weight...maybe it will be permanent weight loss?
