PB'ing

ok im not sure what PB'ing is can someone explain it to me. Is it when your band is to tight and you vomit. :cursing:

it can be that it can also be when you have taken to big of a bit or not chewed your food well enough. Or when you don't listen to your body and put to much in all together

thank you, thats what i thought but wanted to be sure, i am on day one of my slimfast, 13 days to go then i join the bandster family! YIPPY, I THINK JUNE 18TH WILL BE MY NEW BIRTHDAY.
