New to Group! Have questions.

 Hi my name is Jillian, I'm 24, 5'9 and 95lbs overweight. My first consultation with my lap band doctor is this Monday!!!!!!!

I have a couple of questions.

I am a pet groomer and am somewhat physical at work, how long do you think it will take to return to my job?

I have a cesarean cut from an endometriosis surgery that was performed in 2005, do you think the surgeon will use that or do they always use the endoscopic version?

Also... Considering my stats, does anyone know the likelihood of loose skin?

Thanks, I'm so nervous and excited!

Hello, welcome to LBT. I wish you luck with your appt on monday.

Most people take a week off work, some more, some less. Depends on how you feel.

For the surgery, I'm pretty sure they will make new incisions, endoscopically. They will be able to tell you for sure once you meet with your surgeon.

As for skin I think since you are so young and only 98lbs overweight, that you should be able to tighten it once you lose.

I hope I was of some help.

And again welcome to LBT hope to hear from you again.
