Is it true that most insurances don't pay for fills?

It varies. I've had two policies at different times and both pay for all fills for the past 2 years.

If the insurance paid for the surgery then they most likely will pay for fills. My insurance pays for all of my fills, I just have to pay the co-pay.

I have UHC, they pay for the fills. I pay a $20 copay.

My insurance has also always paid for my fills.

When I was originally banded my insurance paid for all of the surgery and fills....my "new" insurance does not pay for crap!

My fills are $150.00

My office visits are $65.00

I guess it could be worse!

I just pay my copay
