42 mile bike ride tomorrow!

Kind of nervous. I signed up for this almost 2 months ago. It is the 5 boro bike tour in NY. I should be ok since i spin 4-5 times a week but at this point I am mostly nervous about the rain and the crowd! Also, any ideas on what I can take along for a band friendly super quick high carb snack? I am going to treat myself to some super thin crusted pizza tonight since they recommend a high carb dinner!

Also, since my friend backed out I am basically going myself. Wish me luck!

hi karen,

how did you do on the ride?

i am originally from NY living in texas now. i plan to do the MS ride in october in NYC. when i lived here i hated when this ride occurred due to the traffic....now i'm planning to ride it. ha!

i'm sure you did fine on the ride with the spin classes.

like you i spin alot...

i just did the MS150 in houston and only trained 5 weeks. however all the spin and kickboxing classes i did beforehand helped.

how were the hills throughout the boroughs?
