I have found that listening to my music at night has helped me relax.

Does anyone have any fav. songs that they relate to more now?

I have been listening to Aimee Mann - Save Me. I can relate to the words relating to wanting to be saved from an addiction, ect.

    Oh! I love this topic! And that Aimee Man song is great, too. I think Bishop Allen's "Things Are What You Make Of Them" sums up my approach and is a kick-ass song to boot.
