Gettin A Little Cocky?

Ok, I was doing so awesome, right on track with my goals. Then, I had a complication to the gall bladder surgery that was done when I got my band and it was downhill from there. I couldn't eat for a week and then when I felt better, the floodgates opened. I had lost a little more weight during that time and it was like I could "afford" to eat anything. Protien, was replaced with carbs and things sneaking in because I was lookin good and feelin good. But I'm not done, I can't afford it, I still have 80 some pounds to lose. I think I am going to go back on shakes for a few days, to kick start my body again and FOCUS on the main goal, not the now.

valvinnek, great for you to take that step back up on the bandwagon. Sorry to hear you were going through a rough patch. I'm sure most of us do. I know I do, but I just make up my mind to pick myself back up. That's what we have to do!

Good luck!
