How much food can our new pouch hold?

I am 8 weeks post op. I had my first fill last Wednesday. I don't have the right restriction yet so i am trying to eat the right amount of food on my own. I don't want to eat too much and cause my band to slip. Can anyone tell me how much food our new pouch can hold? i.e. 1 cup of food. I've been eating around 4-5 ozs of Protein and 3/4 cup veggies. Is that too much? I go for another adjustment in two weeks.

oh thanks to everyone who help me finally figure out how to do my ticker. :smile2:

I wish everyone great success, we all deserve it.
