Diabetes/Hypoglycemic and Liquid Protein Diet

I began my liquid Protein diet today. I'm going for 7 days then 3 days Clear liquids.

I'm only allowed to have liquids to make sure that my liver is not too large. [YIKES!]

I'm doing whey Protein shakes 3x per day. 40-60 gm of protein per day.

In addition to being diabetic [i don't take MEDS, I use diet to control.], I'm also hypogylcemic.

In the past, I have had difficulty keeping my blood sugar from plummeting.

Anyone have any problems keeping the blood sugars from peaking and bottoming out while on the liquid diet??
