What is the most you've ever weighed? The least?

I was a big baby, too. 10lb 4oz.

My babies were all big, as well. Although, #4 was a whopping 11lb 10oz baby and is now a total waif of a 5 year old. In fact, he didn't triple his birth weight until he was 3.

My highest was 273 pounds which was right before they took me into surgery.

I would have to say my lowest weight would be 164 when I was about 16, my normal low was 173 pounds up until I was about 18. After the age of 18 my lowest was 190.

I put my goal at 160, I'm sure its probably not attainable, but what the hell. (I'm 6 feet tall, so thats pretty slim)

My highest weight was 230, which was my weight when I went in for my first band consultation. The lowest weight in my adult years was 117. You see, when I was pregnant with my son (who is now 21) I gained a lot of weight (my first experience being fat) and my doctor swore that I would never be able to lose the weight. Well, you don't wag your finger in my face and tell me I can't do something, because I'll have to prove you wrong. So for a year after giving birth, I lived practically on nothing but sugar free Jello. You should've seen ol' doc's face when I walked in looking practically skeletal (I'm 5' 7" tall). Anyway, I think that's when I probably wrecked my metabolism. Every bite goes straight to my butt now.

It's a shame I don't know how much I weighed as a baby.

My girls ranged from 6lbs 7oz to 8lbs 14oz. Funny, the biggest baby is now 17 and not overweight. The smallest, my first, is 18 and weighs a little over 200lbs. The rest of the gang are normal weight.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
