Couldn't make it to Gym ended up losing

Hey there, just wondering, is there any bandsters out there that have

had this happen to them,

I got banded on the 22 Jan and was going to the Gym 5 days a week

lost 10 kg in the first 3 weeks then a week before my first fill I manage

to put on 1. kg:angry_smile: but still went hard out at the gym, Notice that I was losing cm's but weight not moving,

then over the Easter break I didn't go to the gym for 3 weeks and I have dropped 3kgs

What going on here, I'm heading to the gym today too get back into it,

Don't get me wrong I think its great, but weird,

Is it due to my body having a rest from the gym as I haven't been following the rules,:Dancing_wub:

Which I know I should, What I mean by not following the rules, I eat more than 3 meals a day, but they are heaps small,

I have no clue. Me, I have been fighting the same 2 pounds since my last fill, but have lost inches in my midsection and waist. I walk just about everyday and go to Pilates once a week. So who really knows how the body is working for us these days......

Someone told me that when you work out your muscles retain water and that's why you weight more when going to the gym.
