Music to get you moving?

For me, music is a huge motivator. I can't get a good workout in without it! I'm joining a gym this weekend, and I'm looking to put together a good mix, and I'd love your ideas.

Any genre, any song... what gets you moving?

My favorite on my workout with my mini ipod shuffle is Justin Timberlake's 'Sexy Back'. The chorus keep saying 'I bringing sexy back". Boy that is a motivating line for me. It makes me pick up my paste on the trendmill and move my body. I can only imagine how I look to other people when I am going to that song, but who cares I feel GREAT when I hear that one coming on. :)

I love to listen to my MP3 player when I go walking, keeps the pace up! Here are some of my entries (warning: some of these are quite old!)...

Earth, Wind & Fire - Shining Star

- September

- Boogie Wonderland

Janet Jackson - Pleasure Principle

- What Have You Done For Me Lately

- Control

- Escapade

Michael Jackson - Working Day & Night

- Remember the Time

The Jacksons - Don't Stop Till You Get Enough

- shake Your Body (Down to the Ground)

Prince - Let's Go Crazy

- I Could Never Take the Place of Your Man

- Delirious

Stevie Wonder - I Wish

The Time - Pandemonium

- Jerk Out
