Hello from South Carolina

Hello, I am new to the site and wanted to say hi. I have not been banded, but I am working hard to get it done in the next three months. I enjoy reading comments from others that had the procedure. I look forward to posting good news in the weeks to come.

Hang in there and keep your eye on the big picture. January is not far away. You can do it. And I too will pray for you.

Hi there my sweetie and I will be in Myrtle Beach Jan 6 for a couple of days - I used to spend winters there but circumstances had me sell my mobile

Anyone up for meeting and maybe a lunch to discuss progress and other things banders like to talk about??

We will be staying in Garden City with some great friends and will be leaving on the 10th

Would love to hear from anyone in the area

Gerry

Hi, I am new and will be banded on January 14, 2010. I am excited! It is hard to believe it has been six months already. I start my pre-op diet on Dec. 31--my pre-op appointments are Dec 28 and Dec 30th (dietician). I love my doctor as he has had the lap-band surgery himself--he understands personally the struggle with weight. I love the site already as a lot of my questions have been answered. Be blessed with your surgery!!!
