what should my diet be after band removed?

I had my lap band removed 3 days ago after suffering on & off for 6yrs. I chose to have my removed because everything i put down my throat would sour on my stomach, i also had severe acid reflux. I put myself on a liquad diet for 8wks while insurance took there time to approve it and i finally had it taken out. My doctor said everything went great and that i could eat whatever i wanted to. For some reason my stomach still wont hold any food down. Was my doctor wrong? Should i be on a limited diet beings i just had it removed 3days ago? They have me on carafrate 4times a day and prevacid 1time a day. My biggest fear is that i will never be normal again. Does anyone out there feel my pain? Can someone give me some advice or comments on my situation?? :bolt:
