To fill or not to fill......that is the question......

Hi all......

I'm having a debate with myself.......

I have an appt this afternoon and I'm not sure if I should get a fill or not. I was banded in August and have had a slow steady, loss. My last fill was in mid-February. At this point....I feel like I could go either way. What would be the hard questions I should ask myself to help me decide?

Thanks! Judi

Are you losing weight? If you are losing 1-2 pounds a week there is no point in getting a fill. Why make yourself tighter and risk the side effects of that (PB'ing etc) if you are losing weight now?
