My April Challenge

My personal challenge for April will be:

first week...burn 450 cals on whatever piece of gym (or home) equipment I want 5 times a week

second week...burn 500 cals " "

third week...burn 550 cals " "

fourth week..burn 600 cals" "

I will try to get it all in at once but if I have to I will do a little in the morning, and a little at night. I really want to be under 200 pounds next month!

Anyone can join me on this one at your own pace or target calorie loss. I made my ticker so that it equaled 22 workouts (give or take).

That is a great challenge.

My goal for April is to get 900 minutes on the elliptical. it is 15 hours basically 30 minutes a day. I am hoping to go over that. but I wanted to make my goal obtainable.

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

        Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

        Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

      Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
