Spread Sheet for Tracking April Avengers 08

O.K. I am trying something and I do not know if it will work but I have created a spread sheet that we can go in and update via a form. We can try it but I can not promise it will work. I listed all those that have posted on this thread and the dates they said their surgery was going to be. I can always add folks to it. I have attached the link here. Bookmark for future use. APRIL AVENGERS 08!! You may have to have a log-in to a google account. -- O.K. I tried it and it looks like you will need to have a google account which is easy to set up. We can add any type of information we want to it. I will update the data after you submit it from the "form" at the top of the spread sheet. Some have tried this and they have gotten it to work so good luck!

Please update me for the month of December: 180/-98lbs.

I didn't do so well this month, I think i was due to the temptations brought on by the holidays, LOL! I go see Dr. Ringold this Monday and hope he may tighten me up just a bit. I still have 50 lbs. more to loss, UGH!

My 11 month bandiversary was March 22nd. My weight was 161 lbs. for a total loss of 117lbs. thus far!

Yesterday I actually reached a huge milestone as my weight dropped down to 160 lbs. which means I am now no longer catagorized as being obese! I am now officially just plain ole overweight, with only 30 lbs. more to go before I reach my goal weight. My surgeon had already mentioned a referral to a plastic surgeon in my near future. As the fat melted away from my tummy I found a lump in the right side of my panniculus thatturns out to be a sebaceous cyst. My surgeon says because of this cyst, the hospital records, and thev photos of the bouts of abdominal cellulitis I've endured over the years, my health insurance will cover the removal of the excess skin I need to shed.

Wow waht an awesome journey you've made. I'm thinking about getting a tummy tuck but I don't think I could get my insurance to cover it. I still have 50lbs to go 20lbs till I can say I've lost 100 lbs.
