For weeks the physicians assistant has been telling me that the bump protruding from my port incision is nothing more than built up fluid.
Well, I went in for my 1st fill and saw the doctor and he was shocked to see that the bump is really the tubing that has popped through the muscle and is bent underneath my skin.
Great, huh?
The doctor said he had never seen anything like this before, and keep in mind, that this from a doctor who has been doing this surgery from the get-go.
So, for the last 5 days I have been trying to deal with the insurance company ... the doctor told me to just go in tomorrow as planned (3rd scheduling) and he will deal with the insurance company.
So, what gives ... ? Anyone hear about the tubing popping through underneath the port incision?
