Hello everyone,

I just got banded on 3/8/08 and am finally feeling like a human again today!Yesterday I was beginning to wonder what in the world I had done to myself, but I'm feeling a little better now. I just wanted to introduce myself and see what suggestions or advice other banders had? I'm on a full liquid diet now and don't seem to be filling up on just the 2 ozs every 2 hours, any suggestions? Please help!!:sneaky:

can you sip Water throughout the day? what are you drinking? are you getting your Protein in?

I have been sipping water but have not yet used the protein powder, is High Protien boost the same as adding protein?

You might try the sugar free popscicles. They were a life saver for me. Also the cream soups add water to dilute more. Hang in there every day gets better!
