Anyone use the Polar watch&chest monitor?(kinda like bodybugg)

I just bought one today at a fitness expo. It seems to do everything a bodybugg does but for only $95.00. I know alot of hospitals and physical therapists use these, but what are your experiences w/ it? The website logging tool is also free unlike bodybugg.

i've used a polar for a couple years. it's really helpful to know what when i'm approaching my max heart rate and when i'm in "the zone." that's useful info especially when i'm having an off day and feeling like i'm working my hardest only to realize i'm actually slacking. it's an excellent work out tool.

hi

yes i use it in every class and even when i walk the dogs.

it helps me to monitor my heart of course.....

but it also challenges me to get to the next level.

i love it
