Anyone had theirs done in Chimay with ELyzea?

I'm feeling a bit of a bimbo, I have managed to lose all the details about my band and I need to tell the NHS doc what size band I have.

It is a Heliogast band and I've looked at the site and couldn't make head nor tail of it! I did send an email to Dierdre but I haven't received a reply.

Hope someone might be able to help.
