Did I just PB? Need help.

OK...I'm almost 10 months out and never have I had a PB. This morning, while eating breakfast, I felt full and stopped. Well...shortly after I felt like something was stuck. I got up and walked around, as that normally helps. The feeling got worse, I went to the restroom, dry heaved a couple of times and then wham...out came something. Now...I have read descriptions on here about a PB not really being like throwing up, but this was like throwing up to me, so I don't know. Now...I feel like I have to do it again but it won't come out. What's going on? I don't have an upset stomach like the flu or anything, but I am absolutely miserable. This feeling has been going on for over an hour now. Is this normal? Did I PB? What about when you know that you still have stuff in there and can't get it out...what do you do? Do you make yourself throw up? Any help is appreciated.

Tina, Thanks for the encouraging words. I guess that if you follow the eating plan to the letter there is little concern for the PB"S. Us newbys really need to hear what you experienced bandsters have to say.
