Hello I'm A New Member My Name Is Sabra

i joined because i needed to be with a support group of people who knew what i was going through. I am 46 i had surgery March 10, 2006 i was 308 lbs. and my body mass index was over 50. i had borderline highblood pressure, joint hip, ankle, back issues. i was a smoker also.
