I am banded and home.

Well, I got banded on Monday but they kept me overnight. When I got home yesterday all I could do is sleep (anesthesia and I don't get along). So, here I am this morning feeling pretty darn good. Thus far, no regrets and am actually happy to have my hubby here this week to help me out. :clap2:

Had half an orange Popsicle for Breakfast and am full.

I hope everybody else's surgery goes well. :whoo:

Sounds like you are doing great! I had mine yesterday and feel pretty darn good too. I expected to be vomiting...my usual response to anesthesia, but the good doctor made sure I had meds to keep that from happening. I hope everyone has it as easy as we did!

Lucky you two! I was banded on Monday and have the horrible shoulder pain I have heard about. My incisions are not bad but my shoulder is killing me! I have been trying to move around alot to get the gas out of my body but it seems to just be lodged in my left shoulder. I am not hungry though and can't wait until all the bloating is gone to see how my weight is doing. I lost 13 pounds pre-op and am hoping for a few more. I can't wait to feel well enough to start exercising!

Sorry about the shoulder pain. I am not experiencing that and I even drove a vehicle today because I am not taking any pain medication. I am actually getting ready for work, for a while.
