Trying to find the right insurance- California

Hello! I went through Kaiser for my VSG a few years ago and now my husband is interested in having the surgery as well.
He is changing insurance and I’m wondering if anyone has had a really smooth and easy approval and surgery process. Might as well shoot for the best! If you have suggestions, please let me know. Thank you!
