11/3 surgery… 20 days post op… infection nearly cleared.. incisions are healing up, a couple already done… feeling good overall!! Still not on par with liquids and food (purée) is a chore but I am ok with that…had zero excitement for purée or any of the food things I was looking forward to pre surgery but I guess that comes with the new normal…

getting waves of emotional… that’s expected but always exhausting… no regrets so far even with the setback!

it’s also weird I have both more energy and a lot less stamina… when I am going, I can go faster and with more pep in my step.. but I am still crashing by early evening … getting better since I can stay up past nine now which I didn’t for the first two weeks ….

hope everyone is doing well!

Discharged and at the hotel. I'm having some soft stool, that could be from the liquid for the GI test or that greasy broth i got. So far keeping liquids down, have had 12oz of Water, broth, and half a Jello.< br>
Have issues with my prescription, was only able to get one since the pharmacy is closed tomorrow. We will see..

I started my preop diet today and I will be going to surgery on November 30 in San Antonio the diet so far it hasn’t been too bad I’m allowed to Proteins shakes a day 3 ounces of lean Protein meat and a cup of veggies and I am allowed to have two sugar-free Jell-O today
Similar to mine, it was easier in retrospect than others just having liquids but the last day I was bored and wanted something else, but I kept reminding myself of the end goal, surgeon said the liver looked great.

Thank you, i am trying to stay positive. These Protein Shakes are almost unbearable at this point though. I am so glad i found the unflavored Isopure still its hard I have two weeks liquids so everyday seems endless to just get to surgery date.

At the end I ditched the slimfast and stuck to premier caramel and chocolate that I will heat up like cocoa, sometimes will mix with the Isopure. Isopure also has some fruit clear flavors, I will mix with a little crystal light and the Protein and it was good, favorite was tropical punch and mango lime.

Back home! Deff feel more sore today, guess those nerve blockers wore off, also travelled home and the airline I took back was a first time for me, had to walk 2 ramps and up the stairs of jet, not fun. I also think my backpack may have been too heavy for me. Feeling the incisions especially the one on my belly button, wholy cow. Have been sipping all day, I know I did not drink more than 32oz but I have been using the bathroom and the color is good.

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

Factors Affecting the Growth of the Alternative Sweeteners Industry:
Health Consciousness: The increasing awareness among individuals about the health issues linked to high sugar consumption, such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases, is supporting the market growth. Consumers are becoming more health-conscious and seeking products that can provide sweetness without the negative health effects associated with sugar. This shift in consumer preferences is leading to a greater demand for low-calorie and natural sweeteners like stevia, monk fruit, and erythritol. These sweeteners offer the added benefit of having minimal impact on blood glucose levels, making them suitable for diabetic and health-conscious individuals.
Technological Advancements: Innovations in the production and formulation of alternative sweeteners are impelling the market growth. Advancements in biotechnology and food science are leading to the development of high-intensity sweeteners with improved taste profiles and functional properties. Innovations in fermentation processes enhance the production efficiency and quality of natural sweeteners like stevia and monk fruit. These technological improvements are making alternative sweeteners more appealing to both manufacturers and consumers. Enhanced stability, solubility, and sweetness intensity allow these sweeteners to be used in a wide range of products, ranging from beverages to baked goods.
Consumer Trends and Preferences: Evolving consumer trends and preferences are playing a significant role in driving the alternative sweeteners market. The growing demand for clean-label products, which are healthier and free from artificial ingredients, is offering a favorable market outlook. Consumers are increasingly seeking natural and plant-based sweeteners, aligning with broader trends toward plant-based diets and veganism. Besides this, there is an increase in the demand for low-calorie and sugar-free alternatives that support weight management and overall wellness. Food and beverage companies are responding to these trends by innovating and expanding their product lines to include options sweetened with alternative sweeteners, thereby catering to changing tastes and health concerns of modern consumers.
