Lapband removal, Gastric bypass, and hernia repair scheduled for July 6th.

We are surgery day buddies! I’m starting my pre-op diet in a few days! I cannot believe it’s less then 2 weeks away.

I received my insurance approval! Surgery is July 22. I am really struggling to make a decision regarding vitamins. It's like my team gave me too many options. Anyone recommend a certain brand or flavor?

My nutritionist told me to just take kids chewables. Like the flinstone vitamins. Just to make sure there’s iron in them. I’ve had blood work twice since I’ve been on them and all my vitamin levels are PERFECT compared to when I wasn’t taking any vitamins and I was deficient in a few things.
