Fill Doctor in North Carolina!

Dr. Eduardo Gonzalas at the Surgical Weight Loss Center in Winston-Salem. Phone number is (336) 784-8299. I called and let them know I was seeing Dr Kuri and I would need fills, no problem! In-office fills with no flouro are $200. With flouro it's $300 plus 250-300 additional for hospital lab fees. He wants OR papers and any X-rays from Kuri, which should be no problem. Yay!
