I am new to the site, Had my banding Nov 14th, doing well, soreness at the port site. I have my first fill Dec. 19th, just wondering if it hurts alot, my Dr does not use the local before the fill.

I just had my first fill a week ago, without a local. It did not hurt as much as a shot or a blood draw. I barely felt anything.

Glad to here that, I am pretty nervous about my first fill, but excited at the same time

Wow...my doc won't give me a fill until exactly 6 wks and that falls on Christmas Day so I have to wait 8 wks before I get my first fill. I know I have to be patient but..grrrr, it's not fair!
