I get a lot of headaches/migraines

I used to have headaches daily and like you pretty much lived on Excedrine. My doctor put me on meds, and once we got the right dosage I did see a decrease but was still getting them a couple times a week, less severe. In preparation for my surgery I stopped taking the birth control pills and got an IUD. I haven’t had a headache in 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately I spent the last 20 years living with daily headaches that were likely caused by the birth control pills. I’m only a couple weeks post op so crossing my fingers I stay this way because Tylenol does absolutely nothing for a headache for me. Good luck!

I also haven't had a headache since I stopped Birth control pills, which is weird, since I went on them in part to control the terrible Migraines I would get when I go my period. Of course, I haven't had my period in the 12 weeks since I stopped them (I used to take them continuous cycling so I haven't had my period in over a decade, no surprise that my period is a bit messed up now!).

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
