Is this kind of pain normal?

I had a fill yesterday. The fill itself didn't hurt a bit. But since then I've had soreness in my port area. If I turn a certain way or roll over on my side when I'm laying down it creates a stabbing sharp pain. I'm scared my port is trying to move or rotate or something. Has anyone else experienced this??

i spoke with my doctor about the sudden burning/pain in my port area. i had it more after my first fill, he said that it is just the tissue around the port getting toughen up. that it would eventually go away. lherstine

I get the sharp pain within a day or two after my fills too. But it goes away in a couple of days and I'm fine.

Thanks for the replies. The pain went away after a couple of days. It's nice to know other people experience the same thing.

Take care~
