Try the vanilla flavor with 3 shots of Starbucks Espresso and 5 pumps sugar free vanilla syrup over ice in a venti cup. Yum I have this every morning for breakfast. They have Decaf espresso at Starbucks if you haven’t been cleared for caffeine yet. I got cleared at three months for caffeine. I bought an espresso machine and I buy the espresso beans from my Starbucks down the street so I make my own. I have to start my day this way and I think I am losing more now and I don’t feel deprived and I feel like I have a cheat or treat every morning and in fact it’s not it’s a perfectly good start.lol. ? yum bottoms up!

Fair life shakes are also my favorite! I’m still in my pre op two week liquid diet and they are literally giving my life right now. I put some cinnamon in the vanilla shake and it’s SO good.

these are the best...1 cup coffee chill or warm...no thick after taste...this is my fav...

The new Cinnamon Roll flavor of Premier Protein is also delicious mixed with cold brew coffee. My favorite breakfast!

I've heard a lot of good things about Fairlife. I'll have to check that out. For several years I've been using GNC Lean Shakes. Will have to compare costs and taste.

I am day 1 of my pre op diet and I got Fairlife. Very very good.

I have been trying quest vanilla. I add a little bit of milk to it to cut sweetness. It is delicious!

Guys, what do you think about the vegan protein shakes? Read somewhere that vegan protein has more vitamins than the simple one

I only drink premier cafe latte...160 calories one cup coffee added 30 gram protein and 1 gram sugar...tried many but too thick n nasty...I drink it like coffee in morning then with ice...they have other fav but havent tried

I got the Chocolate Fairlife yesterday but they didn't have any other flavors at Sam's Club so I have to wait until they restock Vanilla, and someone said the coffee Fairlife was good....I'm going to give it a try with some sugar free Torani syrups.

The Fairlife Salted caramel is SO good, a little harder to find but definitely worth it. I get mine on Amazon.

The fairlife brand are SO good. And I'm a big fan of the Premier cafe latte. But the Premier cookies and cream flavor tastes like bagged popcorn to me (yuk), and the banana cream flavor was so revolting I couldn't get it down.
