Hello n so I am about 5 weeks out from surgery and currently not losing any weight. Been stuck at same weight since my two week follow up appointment. Am I doing something wrong? Is this normal? I started surgery at 240 pounds. I’m now down to 232 but it has been at a complete stand still. Any tips on how to fix this I’m working out about 2 to 3 times a night too. So I’m really disappointed.

Ok so I cheated on pre op diet is this gonna ruin my surgery date???

This protein shake though!! So good high recommend. Tastes like chocolate milk!

Omg going on day three . I needed this cuz I am having a super hard time being faithful to this diet. Ugh
