I only drink premier cafe latte...160 calories one cup coffee added 30 gram protein and 1 gram sugar...tried many but too thick n nasty...I drink it like coffee in morning then with ice...they have other fav but havent tried

Try these I ordered from walmart after trying 9 difference ones...1 cup coffee and 1 gram of sugar...other fav too...only way I was able to do the protein shakes...good luck

4 weeks in...25 pounds...finally found a shake that I can drink after weeks of trying...publix sells them...I add 1 percent milk and heat up in the morning since it has coffee in it then other half add ice in blender to make shake...can add milk.. tasted like cafe Latte and small bottles with lots of protein...1 cup of coffee so I split

it's the same here...found out cold liquid cause most of my pain...I am eating baby food cause I can't handle those shakes...everything else I am behind on...too much to put in body just sipping...lol -

Surgery today ...yesterday they did my covid-19 and bloodwork...everything came back ok...sleepy -
I was wondering if anyone ever had to change surgery date...did they make you wait longer...is there a deadline on having surgery.

I am scheduled to the 6th but messed up and smoke...I had stopped since January but afraid they will not do it...I will have my test work done the day before surgery and scared it will show and not do it...I am not smoking now now but dont know if will check or not. -

I am having surgery in two weeks and was told to stop smoking 6 weeks before surgery...I have two weeks and have put down now...will they be able to tell if I was smoking and it's only been two weeks or will I have to start over with program.. -

I am having surgery Oct 7 and have a 14 day diet...I have tried many protein drinks (chocolate lover) but only like slim fast....is this okay for prep....help...any ideas on what to do and eat..
