4 weeks in...25 pounds...finally found a shake that I can drink after weeks of trying...publix sells them...I add 1 percent milk and heat up in the morning since it has coffee in it then other half add ice in blender to make shake...can add milk.. tasted like cafe Latte and small bottles with lots of protein...1 cup of coffee so I split

Can also get them at Costco - watch for them on sale and it's a pretty good deal.

I live in small town and drive 22 miles just for a publix...they have no cocto...will check around thanks

They are my favorite too. I order mine on costco.com. I think they have them at wallmart.com too.
