  10. Focus on something else! You have a head game going on which is common with all of us
  11. Tiny cuts and not painful. You wont feel a thing - Ask you doc for a happy pill when you first get there
  12. Are you sure they said pureed meat? Never seen that around here - Stick with eggs and beans or buy bologna and hotdogs. Read whats in them at the deli first -
  13. You are to new to be trying that eating out. Best thing you can do for now is eat fresh clean food. As you move on you will be able to eat alot more selection. I can eat anything now but it took a while. Problem is like you never hungry. I eat off the appetizer menu mostly Shrimp Cocktail, Sushi, things that are clean and soft FF is not in your immediate future because of the grease and fillers. Trust me you do not want to test yourself this early. It will fly right back up
  14. Just ignore the ignorant and mean people. This is my wallet my life and my decision So if you do not like it Good! That is what I tell the haters of the world. Chances are they are overweight underinsured and jealous
  15. Yes Diet coke always have however I mix it for a little to get the air out - and drink it slow
  16. Im a guy so really not as sensitive but I just say "No clue was not out to hit a number was out to get healthy, firm and tight, Not going by pounds going by health" Seems to shut em up quickly
  17. Relax your body is fighting back and has gone thru a ton, Plus I can tell your anxiety level is high. You are not going to loose the same amount every week. Stay on course and remember you are doing this journey for you health, It is a journey nobody here will tell you it is a sprint. They say eat slow because your body is healing, I suggest you turn your focus to something else that makes you happy, For me it was a puppy, You got this ..... You wanted this ...... You did it! Now the reward in the future will be worth it
  18. Mine did not also have never seen it - You sure he meant 60 min in a row?
  19. From a guys view: I am 54 and up until last week was single. I do not judge people by how they look or there weight. I actually just re married my x who is a large person. My view is this it is your life and a real person will not care about what little imperfections you may have. I would not worry about it to much and you can get surgery if it bothers you. Look for a guy who wants a friend and companion, Not a roll in the rack and move on.
  20. No way to heavy Plus that is fake with tons of Garbage in it
  21. As a fellow guy and one who has posted on this site many times for this same subject My view People Suck, This is your decision for your health F#$ck what others say! This is very common on this board and you should search thru for many others. I agree with your husband you do what you want, For yourself not for what others want.
