Multi Patch...Anyone?

Recommended Posts

I asked about multi choices and got such a wide variety of answers that I am still not sure which may be best for me. Is anyone trying or using the multi Patches?

The Patches seem to work well for some, and not at all for others. All one can do it try them and see how your labs come out.

In the spirit of minimizing variables during a time of major changes after surgery< I would be inclined to stick with normal oral supplements until establishing how much of what is needed in your particular case, and then trying the patch to see how they work for you in comparison. But that's just me and my test geek brain.

I was going to say exactly what Rick said - they seem to work well for some, but not for others. I've never tried them since I was afraid I'd be in the latter group. I've considering getting some for taking on trips, though, so I wouldn't have to haul a bunch of pills and bottles along with me. Even if I'm one of the people whom the Patches don't work for, I don't think a week of getting no (or only a small amount of) Vitamins would be a disaster.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
