Need Encouragement Please.

Okay so I need to reach out to my surgery siblings right now because man I am STRUGGLING baddddd. With Covid happening and being stuck inside my mental health is PLUMMETING! I'm a yr and a half post op and I was doing good until covid started forcing everyone to stay home. Being stuck in a house 24/7 with my kids snacks is my own personal form of hell. I'm not going to punish them and take their snacks away just because I crave them. It wouldn't be right to punish them for my choices but OMG it really is a new form of TORTURE. How is everyone else holding up through all this? Anyone else struggling like me?
