Nervous

I’m so nervous about starting eating solid food today I don’t know eat healthy I’m such a picky eater my stomach won’t tell me I’m full I don’t want over eat I’m not veggies eater I’m scare I’m really am don’t know what to do what eat

When you start eating solid food it will be less than you think and your stomach WILL or should let you know.

Do not overthink it - Eat slow and healthy choices- Trust you judgement

Does your dietician host support group meetings about nutrition. I am thinking of going to one before I hit real food stage.
