Hunger during post-op liquid diet? How do you cope?

Hey all!

So I’m POD #7 & I’m starting to get hungry. Not the pains or anything, but I just feel the need to “crunch & munch” on something! I’ve tried ice cubes, but eh.

Any suggestions?

Blender first then a spoon too just to make sure it was super puréed. I also just tasted a bit and waited 20 minutes to see if I felt anything weird before I ate a regular portion.
