My 1 Year Surgiversary

  • Popular Post

This week marks my one year surgiversary.

I stopped losing weight at 6 months. I just stalled. I never gained back any weight, but I didn't lose any more weight.

But I'm still happy with my results and I am confident that I will lose more weight in 2020.

Toward that end, I visited the nutritionist this week to get back on track. My meals were still good with portions, plenty of protein, plenty of water, but some cookies and chocolate sugary snacks had made their way into my diet that I have eliminated in the last 4 days.

So here's to a new year in 2020 and a new chance to get back on track/stay on track with additional weight loss and increased health.
