I’m remodeling 2 of my bathrooms, the final piece for the first remodel arrived yesterday. I was laughing so hard I made my husband take a picture.

I have a community art event today. It’ll be fun, but I’d honestly rather be in bed 😂 9D370864-47EF-46EF-8810-5D5FFC00E907.thumb.jpeg.0b9e88309a0fe0755072d79f6297aba1.jpeg 1DC37DA1-365F-40A1-BB93-F455AE9150CF.thumb.jpeg.27156053892d971695b883f27cc40a96.jpeg

Hahahahahha. I was about to post almost the exact same comment.

It’s weird. First 2-3 months and you drop weight like crazy, then the speed of loss slows, but that’s when the dramatic visual changes happen.

I look completely different now after a 10 pound loss than I did with the first 40-50 pounds lost.

Thank you, I needed to hear that ❤️ I’m stalled out, but that’s just the scale. And really, I’m fine with it, but it’s an abrupt change from the rapid weight loss of the past 5.5 months.

It’s finally the weekend. Still lots of work to do. I’m headed to town for groceries with the family. Then coming home to finish the floor on the shed. I hope it’s done today so I can finally clean out my spare room, that I’m making into an office for my daughter.

@GreenTealael You are close but I would never do a theme😂! I painted the oak vanity blue, so that is spot on! I have never, nor will I ever own anything with an anchor on it.

Can I post a SCOTD? (Shower curtain of the day) I want to be best friends with an interior decorator.

Here is my new hall bath. We have a 90’s builders subdivision model home and I am trying to update as much as possible on my own. I’m pretty proud how this turned out. Which shower curtain do you prefer?

Rain drops vs. textured stripes.

Thank you for any help and if you don’t want me to post this stuff on this thread let me know, I will understand!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
