Water Info

I found this on ole faithfull Google. It is about drinking hot water, warm or cold.Drinking hot water helps to break down food faster thandrinking cold or warm water. It reduces the risk of constipation by supporting regular bowel movements. The warm water helps detox and cold water helps you body durning hot weather to get your body to the right temperature. I heard water in general will help start your metabolism.

I think I may need to use the hot water, if it will help post-op constipation. I don't like nothing but cold unless the water is from a coffee pot. Coffee does count for water doesn't it? Lol! Thought I would share.
