that horrible stall

Im stalled ?

I am feeling a little low, I have been sitting at my current weight for over a month. I can feel myself starting to eat again, not more, but more often. and not good food either. really struggling mentally.

I hope I can get over this slump. and start to eat healthier again. do not want to ruin myself again.

Are you exercising regularly? Sometimes you can push yourself a little further and that will break the plateau. The exercise will also speed up your metabolism and give you energy, as will as reset your motivation to eat better.

Hi BGB I’m BBB and I am in Richmond TX. I am 1 month in and have hit a stall. Maybe we can meet up and encourage each other.
