13 years after surgery...help losing more weight with bad absorption

I had vertical gastric to my with duodenal switch and shortened common channel thirteen years ago. My bloodwork is good but I need input on how to lose additional weight. The surgery has brought about malabsorption which has been helpful but also causes some challenges. I have kept off 120pounds but would like to lose more. Any suggestions please?
